1. We don't Sell Underpowered Appliances
   To keep costs down, many appliance vendors build their products with ultra-low cost PC hardware and slow consumer rated hard disks. These underpowered products are easily overwhelmed by corporate e-mail volumes that work the appliance beyond the component's rated duty cycle. Can you really tolerate e-mail failures caused by underpowered hardware?
   
   
2. We offer Four Delivery Models
   Most of our competitors employ a single antispam delivery model. They either offer an appliance, a software product you install and configure or a managed service. 3. Buy Only the User Licenses You Need
   Sure, unlimited users sounds good... but it may not be a good fit for your business because you don't have unlimited employees. An unlimited user license on an underpowered machine is no bargain if you have to upgrade it or buy a second appliance to keep mail flowing. 7. No User Training

    Look at the graphs on the left. The Yellow line represents the uncertainty level of a live PerfectMail appliance (you may have to squint to see it!). While the percentage can vary with spam activity, PerfectMail typically delivers an uncertainty score well under 1%. The result is almost no spam in your in-basket and no lost e-mail. Many competing products have uncertainty levels as high as 30-40%. With these products, your staff either read a lot of spam or loose a lot of legitimate e-mail.
