PerfectMail Activity By Time Page

The form is presented with the current time as the Start & End time. Users can drop down values to adjust any field. The eMail Address field is optional. If it contains an e-mail address, then only that users' data will be displayed within the start and end dates.

Some noteworthy items regarding this display:

• Score Is Everything
  PerfectMail assigns negative scores to wanted messages and positive scores to unwanted messages. The higher the number, the more likely PerfectMail is to reject the message.
• Selected Users
  If you select a user (via the eMail Address field), then only activty to/from that user is displayed. PerfectMail does not care if the user specified is the sender or the recipient.
• Display Speed
  PerfectMail can typically pull 500+ records per second out of its database (entry level model. 10x that value for high end models). Query display times are proportional to the amount of data selected.

Notes

• All records that fall within the selected time frame is displayed.
• Records may be sorted by any field. Simply click one of the field names (Date, IP Address, From, To, Status, Score or Errors to re-sort the domain list by the appropriate value.
• Click on any column header a second time to revers the order of the sort (ascending instead of descending).
• Any time a Email Report To button appears, you can type in the e-mail address of any user (local or on the Internet) and the report will be e-mailed to that user in PDF format.
• If you wish to see this report in PDF format (so you can save it or print it), click the Download Report link. Current sort order is preserved during PDF generation.
