PerfectMail Discovered Users Page
The Discovered Users page is another entry page into PerfectMail's query and reporting tool. This page takes you directly to a list of all users who have received or
sent e-mail through PerfectMail.
If you know the e-mail address for the account of interest, you can enter it into
the eMail Address field. When you press the eMail Address button, only that
users' history will be displayed.
Some noteworthy items regarding this display:
- Names are Off by Default
PerfectMail discovers people's proper names as well as their e-mail addresses. In
the future, we intend to turn on the display of proper names along with the e-mail
address. This helps administrators by associating e-mail addresses and proper names
(a real bonus with large e-mail user communities).
- E-Mail Addresses are Clickable
Click on any e-mail address to see the current day (or current month if there is
little activity) for the user.
- Display Speed
PerfectMail can typically pull 500+ records per second out of its database (entry
level model. 10x that value for high end models). Query display times are
proportional to the amount of data selected.
Notes
-
All known users, whose accounts have been verified within the last day,
are displayed.
-
Records may be sorted by any field. Simply click the Name or E-Mail Address field to sort accordingly.
-
Click on any column header a second time to revers the order of the sort (ascending instead of descending).
-
Any time a Email Report To button appears, you can type in the e-mail address of any user (local or
on the Internet) and the report will be e-mailed to that user in PDF format.
-
If you wish to see this report in PDF format (so you can save it or print it), click the Download
Report link. Current sort order is preserved during PDF generation.
