PerfectMail Activity Drill Down Page

The first screen shows all configured domains on the PerfectMail appliance. Each domain shows:

• Domain Name (Total Activity)
  The domain name (a hyperlink) and total activity for the domain (total sent and received) is presented.
• Number if items Sent
  The total number of items sent is reported and scaled relative to the number of received messages.
• Number if items Received
  All inbound mail activity is reported. Messages that are accepted are reported in Green, Tagged items are reported in Yellow and Rejected items are reported in Red.

There are two fields that can be used to modify the domains to be displayed:

• Minimum Traffic
  Do not display any domains whose total traffic is below this number.
• Report Format
  Two choices: Graphics (the default) and Text.

Notes

• There are a total of 6 domains configured on this appliance
• Domains may be sorted by any field. Simply click one of the field names (Domain, Total, Sent, Received, Accepted, Tagged or Rejected to re-sort the domain list by the appropriate value.
• Click on any column header a second time to revers the order of the sort (ascending instead of descending).
• Any time a Email Report To button appears, you can type in the e-mail address of any user (local or on the Internet) and the report will be e-mailed to that user in PDF format.
• If you wish to see this report in PDF format (so you can save it or print it), click the Download Report link. Current sort order is preserved during PDF generation.
