PerfectMail Status Page

Key points:

• Server
  Uptimedentifies how long since the machine was last powered on.

  Machine Load Average identifies how many tasks are waiting for CPU service (average over the last minute). Load averages under 1.0 generally indicate good overall performance.

• CPU
  Identifies CPU busy (used) and idle times expressed as a percent over the last minute.

• Memory
  Shows memory utilization on the appliance. Used reports memory used by the host operating system, mail MTA and Antispam/Antivirus. Cache reports memory used to accelerate disk performance.

• Storage
  Reports total, used and available hard disk based storage.

• Network
  Report current IP address properties assigned to the appliance.

• Scanning
  Identifies the state of the Mail Transport Agent (mail handling software), PerfectMail antispam software and ClamAV (antivirus) software. A green dot indicates that the service is active.

1. This particular appliance was last rebooted (or powered on) 24 days ago.
2. PerfectMail is using less than 1% CPU. This is not uncommon on appliances handling under 100
3. This appliance has 512mb of RAM. Some is lost to operating system overhead, leaving 487mb for PerfectMail. PerfectMail is using 102mb. The remaining memory is used to accelerate disk activity.
4. This entry-level appliance is equipped with a 10gb hard disk (production appliances come with much larger disks). PerfectMail is using 2.4GB leaving 8.4GB of disk space.
